Information and purposes
Sign-in uses the Google or Facebook account identifier, name and email when provided to create an account and identify listing ownership. We do not collect your provider password or request posting access.
Property details, photos and contacts are used to save, manage and review listings. Drafts are private. Contact details become public with your consent and an approved listing. Authorized staff may access information as necessary to review listings, resolve issues and process your requests.
Cookies and sign-in providers
Comparison stores only the IDs of up to four public listings you select in the browser tab’s sessionStorage. The selection contains no name, email, contact details or form data. You can clear it from the comparison selection bar.
Essential cookies maintain sign-in sessions (up to seven days) and protect requests. This version has no advertising cookies or marketing email. Forms are not stored in localStorage and provider access tokens are not retained in member accounts.
Selecting Google or Facebook takes your browser to that provider to authenticate. Processing on its own pages follows its policies. Asset.red receives only the basic information described above.
Retention and deletion
Account records, drafts, listings and photos remain on the server so you can manage them. Pausing a listing stops public display but does not permanently erase it.
A deletion request disables the account and pauses listings immediately. The operator verifies and processes removal from the live system. Pending data remains accessible only to necessary staff. Permanent erasure does not happen immediately on submission.
System backups are retained on a rolling basis for up to 14 days. Deleted live data may remain in backups until then. Web access logs support security and troubleshooting and exclude authentication request query values.
You can edit or pause listings and request account deletion in the service. For access, correction, other deletion requests or sign-in problems, contact the operator below. We may request the minimum information necessary to verify ownership.
